STEP ONE
Notice
In some ways this can be the hardest step, so before we begin roll your shoulders back and say: I am safe.

YOUR TASK:
1) Set three alarms in your phone.
2) Each time the alarm goes off scan the last 2-3 hours. What negative stories have you been telling yourself, about yourself? For example: that person thinks I’m annoying, that was stupid, she hates me, I’ll never be as good as…
If possible write these down.
3) The purpose of this is to notice where you direct criticism toward yourself. Are there patterns? Certain areas of your life where this appears more strongly?

If you are ready to question these ask: Is this true?

BONUS: Notice the things you say about yourself to other people. E.g. I'm doing ok, the job is fine (not mentioning promotion or success), it's fine for them, I'll never be able to...

When you're done share what you notice in the Facebook group. Being witnessed in community takes you on leaps and bounds.
