Journaling audios are mini Write to Thrive workshops which can be done anywhere, anytime. My trademark techniques for finding calm, self-compassion and a clear way forward in your pocket.
Made with much love and thought they are available with and without music, so you can write in silence, with your own playlist, or to a relaxing instrumental track selected by me.
Sessions are between 10-30 minutes long, meaning you can easily fit them into your day.
They will be instantly available to stream in your member’s account and you can also download them all.
