WE ARE NOT SHADOWS, FOLKWAYS PRESS
Edinburgh International Book Festival
In 2017 I was chosen as one of 17 emerging writers to read at the Edinburgh International Book Festival. My short story, Breaking Glass was inspired by the suffragette who attempted to bomb Rosslyn Chapel, a young girl seeking out her story.
How Yoga Made Me Dangerous, The Dangerous Woman Project
My flash fiction was selected for an anthology of poetry and prose, published by the incredible Listen Softly Press.
'On that day, in that room, I couldn’t imagine how things would change. I couldn’t imagine that yoga would give me power.'
Responding to the question 'What does it take to be a Dangerous Woman?' this personal essay talks frankly about my experiences of mental health, and the way I use yoga to manage them.
