How was this year, really? Slow down and honour your 2023, exactly as it was. I guide you through a sequence of prompts designed to help you reflect, release and honour your growth. Then, we'll set meaningful intentions for the next year. The workshop is open to everyone – whether you journal regularly or haven't done so for years, all you need is a cosy, quiet space and a notebook. Optional instrumental playlist provided.
