Service Description

Combining writing, breath and intuitive movement this workshop will leave you uplifted and inspired. You’ll be guided through a specially crafted sequence of journal prompts, designed to help you process emotions, revisit goals and leave you feeling lighter. We'll make use of tools such as self-compassion and affirmations to move meaningfully forward – ideal if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or would simply enjoy time to relax and focus on you. Suitable for everyone: whether you regularly journal, or haven’t picked up a pen in years. All you need is a notebook! ABOUT YOUR HOST Jo Bell is a certified transformational coach, qualified words for well-being facilitator and published author who founded her company, Write to Thrive, after expressive writing transformed her life during a period of severe anxiety and depression. She is passionate about the power of words and connection.
