TUNE IN TO THE POWER OF WRITING FOR YOU IN A RELAXED, NURTURING SPACE In this workshop you’ll be guided through a gentle sequence designed to help you process emotions, revisit goals and leave you feeling lighter. We’ll make use of tools, such as self-compassion and affirmations to move meaningfully forward – ideal if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or would simply enjoy time to relax and focus on you. All you need is a notebook, pen and cosy space; an optional playlist is also provided. Suitable for everyone: whether you regularly journal, or haven’t picked up a pen in years. While nothing you write needs to be read there will be an opportunity to share experiences within an intimate group as we close the session. These workshops take place every month with sessions recorded (minus shares) if you aren't able to make it on the night.
