YOUR TASK

1) Take some unsupportive things you've been saying to yourself and write them on one side of a sheet of paper
2) On the other side write an alternative. This doesn't have to be overly positive, it can in fact be neutral. The most important thing is it lands in your body and mind and can be believed.
