Hey beautiful one, 

Each week this month you'll be getting one new technique to use with your nervous system. The invitation is to practice this three times a day for seven days (each one takes a couple of minutes max). 

If for any reason this one doesn't resonate with you use any technique you know brings you to regulation.

Hey love, your technique this week is box breath. It is a beautiful one to bring you right back to safety from fight or flight - it can also be supportive in dissolving freeze.

This technique is designed to help work with the feeling of flight in the body. It's a wonderful one to use when you are experiencing anxiety or a desire to run.

Nervous System Technique 4

This tapping technique is amazing for your vagus nerve and meridian channels. Tap on your cheekbones for a minimum of ten second seconds while making the sound VOO.
